Our Debt Recovery team can work towards getting you your money as quickly as possible, and with minimum hassle.

It may only take one solicitor’s letter to get matters resolved. If not, and court proceedings are necessary, then Archers Law have the skills and experience needed to take the matter to the next level.

Client service is important at Archers Law and that’s why you will be allocated a dedicated case manager so that you will know who is dealing with your debt at all times.

Fixed Fees

We will send an initial letter to your debtor threatening court action if the debt is not paid within 7 days, for a fixed fee of £10.00 + VAT.

If that does not work we will move on to a full debt recovery procedure, operated on a fixed fee basis, provided the debt is uncontested. This means that you will never pay more than the price quoted, irrespective of the work involved. The table below gives you a guide to our fees.

All subject to VAT

In addition to our fixed fees, court fees will also be payable if it becomes necessary for us to issue proceedings against your debtor. However, we will never incur a cost without first seeking your authority.
